Midway through 2025, we reached another significant milestone — 5-axis machining. This advanced capability enabled us to produce highly complex geometries and intricate parts.

Quality has always been the backbone of our operations, and in 2025 we raised the bar. We invested in a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to enhance our inspection processes.

In 2024, we took another big step by diversifying into turning operations. The addition of two Tsugami Turning Centers allowed us to expand our machining portfolio.

As client requirements grew, 2023 was the year of expansion and scale-up. We invested in two Mazak Vertical Machining Centers, significantly boosting our capacity. These machines enabled us to take on more complex aerospace and precision engineering projects.

The year 2022 marked a turning point — we transformed from a service provider to a manufacturer. We installed our first DMX 600vi machining centre, signaling the start of our in-house production journey.

In 2021, D-Smart Precision Tech was founded with a clear vision — to create a company rooted in design excellence and manufacturing expertise. We began as a CAD/CAM services provider, offering high-quality programming and design solutions to clients in the UK and USA.
