Will the quality match our standards?
Absolutely. We follow aerospace-grade quality protocols and are on the path to AS9100D certification. Every part undergoes rigorous CMM inspection and traceability. Sample inspection reports and part photos are available on request.
Will your team understand our drawings and specs?
Yes — our engineering team is trained in UK and EU drawing standards, GD&T, and ISO documentation. We conduct live technical reviews (via Zoom/Teams) before starting production to ensure nothing is missed.
How reliable are your delivery timelines?
We offer committed lead times with dual-shipping options:
- Air Freight: 5–7 days for urgent parts
- Sea + Air Hybrid: Cost-effective for standard orders
You’ll also receive daily or weekly updates via email, so there are no surprises.
Who do I contact if something goes wrong?
You’ll always have a UK-based point of contact (our co-founder) available via phone, WhatsApp, and email. We guarantee rapid responses and escalation if required — no chasing across time zones.
Is my intellectual property safe?
Yes. All designs are protected under UK-enforceable NDAs and contracts. We enforce access restrictions at the Indian facility and never reuse or share customer designs — ever.
Can I visit your facility or get a virtual tour?
Of course. We welcome both virtual walkthroughs and scheduled in-person visits to our facility in India. Just let us know what works best for you.
Do you handle certifications like FAIR, CoC, and traceability?
Yes. We provide FAIR (First Article Inspection Reports), full Certificates of Conformance, and traceable material/test certificates — especially important for aerospace and defence clients.
Will customs slow down delivery?
No. We handle all customs clearance and documentation. Our shipping lead times already include realistic buffer times for clearance and delivery to your door.
Can I order small batches or prototypes?
Yes — we support low-volume, prototype, and one-off orders. You don’t have to commit to large quantities to work with us.
Who handles raw material procurement?
We can either:
- Source traceable, certified raw material from approved suppliers, or
- Work with material you provide, if preferred.
The choice is yours.
What about surface finishes and coatings?
We follow standard anodizing, plating, and coating specs as per IS:1868 and ASTM standards. Before-and-after finish photos are shared before dispatch to ensure satisfaction.
Do you also assemble parts, or just machine them?
We offer both precision machining and sub-assembly services. Fixtures and jigs are used to ensure dimensional consistency.
